šŸ“Š Winners, Lawsuits, and $120M Loans: Your Small-Cap Rundown

Webull surged, Innoviz made moves, and 3D Systems faced legal fire here’s what you missed.

Good Morning Investors,

Small caps didn’t sit still yesterday. Webull exploded 51 percent without a press release in sight, while Innoviz Technologies $INVZ ( ā–² 0.76% ) jumped after securing a top OEM nod and a major safety partnership.

But not all was rosy. 3D Systems $DDD ( ā–¼ 6.8% ) sank under the weight of class-action lawsuits, and Critical Metals $CRML ( ā–² 14.22% ) dropped despite locking in a $120 million loan for its Greenland rare earths project.

It’s a reminder that momentum can swing fast, on news or the lack of it.
